- Product Development applies a continually-evolving knowledge of current and upcoming requirements when executing design concepts and play features into technical specifications.
- As a prerequisite to Vendor Selection, we ensure that every vendor has a proven track record of expertise and compliance in their particular toy category. This comes before all considerations of cost or scheduling when negotiating a relationship.
- Our Engineering staff makes frequent visits to vendor factories to review the manufacturing processes and to ensure that finished goods meet all standards.
- As our final line of defense, Quality Control performs diligent inspections of all received goods before those products can reach our consumers.
